When our system is functioning well, we feel well.
Kinesiology is a holistic health discipline, centred around physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
A fusion of Western techniques and Eastern medicine science, kinesiology was conceived in the 1970’s, as such it is a comparably ‘young’ technique’ in the context of complementary therapies, but it is based on ancient healing principles.
The practice is a non invasive energy healing science which works to access and balance the movement of energy – often referred to as ‘Qi’ in Chinese Medicine terms – throughout the body.
Kinesiology leverages the body’s innate healing intelligence to restore, balance and heal in both neurological and physiological function, by using muscle testing to access the energy channels of the body known as the meridian system.

How it works
Muscle response is used to access information about the status of an individual’s well being on multiple ‘levels’. Where imbalances are identified along the body’s Qi energy channels (the meridian lines) work is undertaken, to address the cause and resolve it. Contributing factors may be nutritional, emotional, structural, psychological, energetic or spiritual.
